1. Intention of the Law
   To prevent the employee from the danger of working with machinery.



2. Framework and Enforcement of the Law
   To apply to all kinds of business, having one or more employee



3. Main Points of the Law
   
   
   1. Prescribing the subject of safety in working with
   machinery as follows.
   
   • Grounding conductors shall be provided for all electric-power machines to prevent electricity leakage.
   • Conduits must be used for underground or overhead electricity cables connected to electric-power machines.
   • Hand operated presses, which require manual feeding shall have safeguard or mechanical feeding devices.
   • Pedal operating presses must have foot rests and shrouds to prevent dangers.
   • Each Electric-power machine operated by manual feeding must have two control switches.
   • Machines, which transmit energy, such as, shaft, belt, pulley, and fly wheel, shall have a steel wire screen over the moving parts or transmission.
   • The parts of circular saws placing outside the tables shall have protective coverings.
   • Grinders or metal polishing machines must have coverings to prevent sparks or particles caused during operation.
